I did an experiment on myself where I blacklisted all of the sad songs in my music library during times when I was sad, because I believed that it would only encourage me to wallow in it. I thought only hearing happy songs would do the opposite. In this post, I'll be talking about what happened when I finally let go of that rule and let some "Melodrama" into my life.
